We want Share & Earn to feel supportive, transparent and easy to understand. These guidelines help keep things fair and positive for everyone involved.

By registering and being approved as a Share & Earn partner, you agree to the following terms.

1. About the Programme

The Share & Earn programme allows approved partners to recommend selected guides and digital resources available through judyilling.co.uk using a unique referral link.

When someone makes a qualifying purchase through your referral link, you can earn commission.

The programme is operated by J I Connections Ltd.

2. Approval of Applications

All partner applications are reviewed manually.

J I Connections Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline applications, suspend accounts or remove partners who breach these terms.

We aim to maintain a friendly, trusted programme based on genuine recommendations.

3. Commission Rates

Approved partners currently receive 30% commission on eligible product sales unless otherwise stated.

Commission is calculated on the qualifying product value after discounts and excluding VAT, where applicable, and shipping charges.

Not all products or services are included in the programme. Memberships, including The Clarity Club, are excluded unless specifically added in the future.

Commission rates and eligible products may change. Changes will not retrospectively reduce commission already earned on qualifying purchases.

4. Payment Threshold

Commission payments become eligible once a partner has accumulated a minimum approved balance of £10.

Balances below this amount roll over until the threshold is reached.

Payment methods and payment schedules will be confirmed when a partner is approved.

5. Refunds and Grace Period

Commissions are subject to a 14-day grace period following a qualifying purchase.

This allows time for refunds, cancellations or payment issues to be resolved before commission becomes payable.

Refunded, cancelled or unsuccessful orders do not qualify for commission.

6. Self-Referrals

Partners may not use their own referral links to earn commission on personal purchases.

7. Acceptable Promotion

We encourage partners to recommend resources in a genuine, helpful and respectful way.

Examples include:

  • Social media posts

  • Newsletters and blogs

  • Websites

  • Client and business recommendations

  • Community groups where promotion is permitted

  • Personal recommendations

There are no sales targets or minimum promotional requirements.

8. Unacceptable Promotion

The following are not permitted:

  • Spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages

  • Misleading or false claims about products or potential earnings

  • Paid advertising using the Judy Illing or J I Connections Ltd names without written permission

  • Impersonating Judy Illing or representing yourself as an employee or official spokesperson

  • Promotional activity that damages the reputation of the business

  • Activities that breach applicable laws or platform rules

Accounts engaging in inappropriate promotion may be suspended or removed.

9. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for:

  • Declaring commission income where required

  • Complying with applicable advertising, marketing and data protection requirements

  • Clearly identifying affiliate recommendations as advertising, including using an obvious label such as Ad

  • Providing honest and accurate information about recommended products

10. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked through unique links provided by SliceWP.

Qualifying purchases must be successfully attributed to a partner’s referral link under the programme’s tracking arrangements.

The referral tracking period will be confirmed in the partner information.

11. Programme Changes

J I Connections Ltd reserves the right to update these terms, change commission structures, modify eligible products, or pause or close the programme.

We will aim to give partners reasonable notice of significant changes.
