A legacy of friendship, encouragement and new possibilities

Future Intentions for Women holds a very special place in my heart.

It grew from years of friendship, shared ideas and a belief that women should always have the opportunity to explore new possibilities, whatever their age or circumstances.

My dear friend Liz Bowers founded Future Intentions Yorkshire CIC, bringing together women, ideas and opportunities with her characteristic warmth, enthusiasm and encouragement.

Over the years, our paths crossed in so many ways through business, friendship and a shared commitment to helping women recognise their potential.

Following Liz’s death in May 2026, I wanted to ensure that the spirit of Future Intentions continued.

Today, Future Intentions for Women is a quieter project, preserving that legacy through practical guides, workbooks and resources designed particularly for women over 50.

One of those resources is The Power of Future Intentions, a book I created as a tribute to the values and outlook that Liz and I shared.

Although my work now continues primarily through Judy Illing – Clarity Guide, Future Intentions for Women remains an important part of my journey.

It’s a reminder that new possibilities don’t have an age limit, and that the encouragement we give one another can have a lasting impact.
